Payment is due in full at the time of service.
A superbill will be provided that you can submit to your insurance company for your out-of-network benefits.

Individual Session: $200
Credit Card Fee: 2.9% + $0.30

Cancellation Fee
If an appointment is missed without notice or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $100 which is not covered by insurance. Exceptions may apply.
