A superbill will be provided that you can submit to your insurance company for your out-of-network benefits.

New Patient Visit: $250
Individual Session: $225

Zelle: No fees

Cancellation & No-Show Fee
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $150 which is not covered by insurance.
If an appointment is missed without communication (No-Show), the full session fee will be charged which is not covered by insurance.
