Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Payment is due in full at the time of service.
A superbill will be provided that you can submit to your insurance company for your out-of-network benefits.

New Patient Visit: $250
Individual Session: $225
Payment Methods:
Credit Card with Fee: 2.9% + $0.30
Zelle: No fees

Cancellation Fee
If an appointment is missed without notice or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $150 which is not covered by insurance.
